I call this quality of exchange “organic honesty.” Some of your questions focused on relationships, other’s on career or health, and I was repeatedly inspired by many who shared their enthusiasm for the illumination that is sparked from a spiritual practice. Some were learning meditation, or doing yoga, or simply taking some quiet time. All these forms of self-care are essential to wholeness and integrity.
